What We Do

Process One: Business Development

Our business development team works closely with prospective and existing clients to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, identifying gaps in processes and execution. Through a collaborative approach, our senior subject matter experts develop tailored plans to address the critical needs of key personnel.

All client engagements and findings are handled with strict confidentiality. We then deliver a customized proposal outlining bespoke solutions, followed by scheduling in-person, in-depth training sessions.

Process Two: Training Planning

Processes two through four is where our Training Specialists take over from the business development team. Our training specialists receive the requirements and scheduling details and then initiate a structured planning process.

They design practical, scenario-based exercises that simulate real-world situations to support the development of new skills and the refinement of evolving practices.

To ensure precision, efficiency, and effectiveness, each program is carefully planned and refined over a period of at least one month, enabling seamless delivery of training across all customer engagements.

Training Specialists will rehearse and refine processes in the lead up to delivery, ensuring a thorough quality assurance process.

Process 3: Training Delivery

Training specialists travel nationwide to deliver the programs developed during the initial planning and design phases.

These teams align their instruction with the needs assessments defined by senior leadership, operating across a range of training environments and travel schedules depending on their specific roles.

Through scenario-based instruction, the training goes beyond skill development to validate that solutions are effective in real-world application.

Process 4: Internal Development and Improvement

When not actively planning and delivering training, Training Specialists actively assess their own professional development needs and participate in internal training designed to strengthen capabilities and address skill gaps. This fourth process is central to the role, emphasizing a commitment to continuous, ongoing learning and improvement.

Approximately half of a Training Specialist’s time is spent collaborating at or near the home office, rehearsing recently delivered scenarios or preparing for those anticipated in future engagements. Specialists, team managers, and senior mentors participate together in 360-degree reviews of both processes and performance, fostering continuous feedback and supporting organizational excellence.
