What You’ll Do:
· Collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team to deliver hands-on, scenario-based training to clients across multiple industries.
· Travel to various client locations and provide tailored instruction to meet each organization’s specific needs.
· Learn directly from industry experts, human performance coaches, and mentors, with full training provided – no prior experience required.

While no prior experience is necessary, candidates must meet the following requirements.
Location & Travel: Must commute daily to Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ daily with their own personal vehicle. Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to 35% of the year.
Professional Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must own a reliable vehicle with current comprehensive auto insurance, to include coverage for rentals. Candidates must also be eligible to rent and drive rental cars for business travel purposes.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and tools.
Communication: Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, to effectively train and collaborate with teammates.
Documentation: Must provide documentation verifying eligibility to work in the United States.
Education: High school diploma, GED, or higher degree. We value learning and potential as much as formal credentials.

Candidates will need these characteristics to succeed:
· Vision & Hearing: Have keen or correctable vision, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and be able to focus as needed. Must be able to listen through headphones when required.
· Mobility & Stamina: Walk up to 2 miles at a time and up to 6 miles per day at varying paces. Frequently climb hills or stairs and be able to carry a backpack (up to 15 lbs) occasionally while walking.
· Outdoor & Vehicle Work: Safely operate a vehicle in all weather and lighting conditions, and work outdoors in any weather conditions.
· General Physical Tasks: Stand, walk, and perform other physical activities necessary to deliver training effectively throughout the day.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth for your organization. You will research and analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and develop and implement strategies to expand the organization’s customer base. You will also work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and pitch new business opportunities to clients. As opportunities are developed, you will spearhead initiatives to prepare Training Specialists to provide services needed for each new client.
