Interviews and Hiring

The process concludes with a group event where you'll meet your potential new peers and collaborate in a fun, challenging, problem-solving environment. This is followed by coaching from our human performance experts. While our hiring process is more thorough than most, it allows us to truly discover the YOU behind the resume.

Human Performance Coaching

Our human performance team is dedicated to helping you perform and function at your greatest potential, whether at home or in our workplace. We integrate the sciences of high performance and cognition to help train the human system.

Adopted from decades of high-performance research, neuroscience, and known best practices in demanding careers, our training is designed to increase task relevant cognitive capabilities while improving sustainability, efficiency and effectiveness. We have built our program to meet the desired end state: your success. What excites our team the most is finding out what matters to you and using our expertise to help you achieve it. Complete your month of immersive training and you’ll be ready to start your full-time role fully prepared and confident.

Training Program

The scenarios you will conduct are designed to reduce organizational vulnerability, manage risk, and increase awareness of personal, social, and environmental factors.
